Meet Katie Brown! Katie has been part of the Rheinschmidt’s Flooring America team for almost two years and is Sales and Design Certified in both flooring and window treatments.

After spending most of her career in customer service and restaurants, Katie now enjoys helping customers make decisions about flooring instead of food. Her favorite part of her job is the process of putting all the pieces of a space together and seeing the full vision come to life.

Meet Taylor! Taylor is Sales and Design Certified and has been part of the Rheinschmidt’s Flooring America team for five years. His grandmother, Martha, worked here for over 20 years before retiring, and we hope Taylor follows in her footsteps.
