Burlington craftsman Larry Hinshaw creates art from discarded bottles. He creates mobiles, glasses, candle holders, coasters, and kitchen accessories from empty bottles of wine, beer, and spirits. Most bottles come from local restaurants. Hinshaw has a partnership with DaVinci's Table, an Italian restaurant in Burlington. He displays his work there and also retrieves many of the empty bottles from their tables and bar. After a positive reception at craft shows and local venues, Hinshaw has taken his art online. mtbottleglassworks.com features art and home accessories from reclaimed bottles available for purchase online.
