Hey everybody...😊...I booked the Holiday Faire event at Montgomery Bell State Park at the Lodge for Nov. 28th from 10 am - 9 pm & Nov. 29th from 9 am until 3 pm. I will have a table set-up to sell my stuff. Y'all put it on your calendars & come say hi, and get you some cute and quirky stuff for those you love for Christmas. There will be several other vendors set-up there as well! Y'all come support all of us local artists!

Hello everyone! I hope you're having a great day today so far! 🤗 I just want to clarify a little something real quick...I am not currently set-up to sell online, or to ship items just yet. I am only doing local events to sell my items. I will be posting my events on this page, and show you the things that I am working on, which will eventually be available to buy at my events. There are a couple of exceptions to this however...1) if you have purchased something from me in person at one of my events, or 2) you personally know me, then I will make an exception to this, and sell and ship to you now, if you see something on here that you would like to purchase. This is only temporary, as I do eventually plan on selling, and shipping online to all as well, but only once I make a decision on which platform to use for my online sales. There is a lot to consider with each platform, and I want the right fit...first and foremost for all of my customers, so you can all have a great experience when you purchase something from me. And of course, I want my business to run safely, and smoothly, so it can grow along with you...my customer base! Thank you all for understanding! You're the best! Now, I have to get back to creating something y'all! 😊

Update on the grandson's walking stick:
Well...it's not perfect...but, I did free-hand these letters on it, and then carved them in it today. I also filled the letters with glow in the dark blue resin (blue is his favorite color). So I will see what happens with this thing next? Not quiet sure just yet? He wants a red dragon on it, not a big ask at all, lol, but that's one of my grandbabies, so I'm gonna do my best with it. I have an idea, and if I do it today, I'll show you later on this evening. Carry on, lol.

Some of you that have known me for a while, know that I have a series of cartoons that I did years back...I will be slowly releasing some of those as I go along too...they are really cute, and I can't wait to share them with you on some tshirts and things! So stay tuned for that. 😉 I had the copyright put on them years ago, and even sold some shirts once before with very good success. And just so you all know...my cartoons business name is "From the Farm Cartoons." 🤗

Whew, I was really tired today from all of the excitement yesterday at Fat Tiger's restaurant...but me being me, I decided to work on a couple of projects today anyway. My great-grandaddy was known for making walking sticks / canes, and I made one for myself with his help when I think I was around eleven or so, give or take? I still have it too, thanks to my mother...but anyway...I have always loved them because of him. So long story short, I made "Mr. Twigs" back in 2015 / 16, and he still needs a few touch-ups, and to finally be finished, so I started working on him again today, more of an art piece instead of an actual useful walking stick, but hey, I digressed. And secondly...my grandson shows up with this longgggg smooth stick one day, and I said wow, that's nice...again me being the crazy old me that I am...I told my grandson, that I would get his Grandaddy to cut that in half, and make two out of it...and I did...and make you a nice walking stick out of one piece of it. So today, I started finishing up "Mr. Twigs", and I started my grandsons walking stick. So here's what "Mr. Twigs" kind of looks like now, and here's the beginning of what my grandson requested from me on his...which is a walking sticking with a red dragon on top, with some blue thrown in. So I started on the crack in the stick, adding some blue glow in the dark resin, and it looks pretty cool so far...I'll show it to you as it progresses. 😊

I just want to give a big shout out, and say a big thank you to the Fat Tiger Korean BBQ and More restaurant, and for them allowing me use their porch yesterday to set-up. Thank you to everyone who came out to support me, and especially to all of those who made a purchase from me as well 😊. I truly hope that you enjoy your purchase, as much as I did creating them. I had a great day yesterday...other than the extremely hot temps 🥵, and I also very much enjoyed meeting some new people. I will possibly be back there in the coming days...I will let you know sometime this week for sure. But if you couldn't make it out yesterday, come see me the next time if you can! I've known Jada for almost a decade. On my first visit to her home, I was in complete awe- the creativity, the beautiful crafts and art- and out art on the porch series would not be complete without her beautiful work getting all the support and attention it deserves.
