Let’s take a closer look. The 1301 is a forged receiver vs the A300 billet. Lockup of the bolt on the 1301 is a two-lug rotating bolt made from a forging and nitride finished bolt carrier. While the A300 uses breech-locking mechanics that are much different, with a blued steel bolt and a tilting locking block that moves upward to engage a slot in the barrel extension. Because it’s imported from Italy, each 1301 is subjected to a proof test using overpressure loads to ensure structural integrity while the U.S. made A300 is not.

The 1301 uses Beretta’s “Steelium” barrel, and is chrome lined. There is more differences between the 2 we could talk about. For an appointment to shop 662 427-0374.
