Play Standard in the latest season of Regional Championship Qualifiers! Participants can expect Swiss rounds followed by a top cut. The number of Swiss rounds will be determined by the number of players.

A portion of the entry fee will contribute to the prize pool, which will ultimately be split amongst top cut players. The top player at the end of the tournament will be awarded a Regional Championship invite, in addition to other prizing and promotional cards.

Players can enter the corresponding Event Code in the Companion App when registering for the event.

Top Cut Rules by Player Count

8 Players: Exactly 8 players play a set number of Swiss rounds with no top cut.
9 to 16 Players: The tournament cuts to a Top 4 single-elimination playoff after Swiss rounds.
17+ Players: The tournament cuts to a Top 8 single-elimination playoff after Swiss rounds.

Doors open at 10AM, with hopes for Round 1 pairings at 11AM.

As usual, snacks and bottled soft drinks will be available for purchase during the tournament.

📢 Modified Store Hours for Gen Con Weekend

In observance of Gen Con, Evolution Gaming will have modified hours this weekend as many of our staff will be attending the convention.

Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: CLOSED

We will resume our normal business hours on Monday, August 3rd.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope everyone attending Gen Con has an amazing weekend! We'll see you back in the shop on Monday.

Evolution Gaming is now hosting Commander EVERY WEEKDAY at 6:00 PM!

We've always had random Commander pods firing throughout the week, so we figured it was time to make it official! Whether you're looking for a casual game or a full evening of Commander, we've got a seat waiting for you.

As an added bonus, players who check in using the Magic: The Gathering Companion app will receive a FREE promo pack while supplies last!
