Used flex seal on the floor.
Had 1/2 can of gray vinyl paint and spray the top of the seats where they were Brown and cracked. Then used clear flex seal to fill in the rest of the cracks freshened it up a little bit. Rearranged the seats. Took out center back seat added another 3 ft to the floor where you can step out and fish on the back side. He used white plastic that was in the fish shead ceiling, refurbished washed and four layers thick put on the ceiling of the boat. Just taking off the roof we had that was tarp material made such a difference. Give us three times as much headspace.
