There’s something about a Saturday afternoon when you finally have nowhere you need to be.

Coffee in hand. A little time to yourself. A walk down Main Street with no particular plan.

And maybe that’s how you find Willow and Woven.

Come in and stay awhile.

There’s music playing, beautiful things tucked into every corner and racks worth taking your time through — rich fall textures, incredible handbags, vintage pieces, everyday favorites and designer labels you never expected to find.

And that’s the thing about consignment — you never really know what’s waiting on the next rack.

Maybe it’s the perfect fall jacket. A beautiful bag. Something you’ve admired at retail but never quite wanted to pay retail for. Or the piece you never would have picked up until you tried it on.

Some women quietly disappear into the racks for an hour. Some make themselves at home in the fitting room. Some pull up to the counter and we talk, laugh and get a little sassy.

I love all of it.

🍂 Fall doesn’t have just one look.

Some days it’s a leather jacket, plaid skirt and combat boots. Some days it’s a soft white dress, a pop of color and a great pair of cowboy boots. And some days it’s tailored plaid, a cropped blazer and chunky loafers.

That’s the fun of getting dressed this time of year — fall gives us permission to play with all of it. Texture. Layers. Plaid. Leather. Boots. Unexpected combinations.

Have you heard about Downtown Butler’s Fairy Door Trail? While you’re out exploring the fairy doors around town, make one more stop at Willow and Woven. We’re not an official trail location, but rumor has it, a tiny fairy has made herself at home in the boutique. Every few days she slips into a new hiding spot, maybe between the handbags or peeking out from a clothing rack. If you happen to find her during your visit, let us know where she was hiding before she flutters off again. Happy fairy hunting and happy treasure hunting downtown. 🤍

A little full-circle moment at Willow and Woven today. 🤍

The Butler High School football team stopped by to pick up a collection of prom dresses donated through the boutique — and now they’re headed to Butler High School, where they’ll be available for young women in our own community to wear to prom.

And honestly, that makes my heart pretty happy.

One of the things I love most about consignment is seeing beautiful things continue their lives. A dress that once held someone else’s memories now has the chance to become the dress that makes another young woman feel beautiful, confident and excited for one of those nights she’ll remember for years.

A big thank you to the Butler High School football team for coming out, doing the heavy lifting and helping us get all of these dresses to the school today. 🏈

And an even bigger thank you to everyone who donated a dress. Because of you, these aren’t just dresses hanging in a closet anymore — they’re opportunities for another young woman in Butler to make a memory of her own.
