I love creating new products, but my shop can only hold so many. So that I can keep using my creativity each month I will change out limited edition products and put them all in one box for the month.

To make it fun and whimsical I will choose a different mythical creature or Lore that goes with that month. I have the next 6 months planned out and will only do it this second half of the year.

July is all about Fairy’s: Each box will have a variety of products and a short story of the Lore behind that chosen theme. Most of the products will be available only for that month and most can only be purchased in the set.

I will be offering this beautiful roll on perfume separately and in the box for this month.
*Top notes of Blue Lotus and Lime
* Middle notes of Jasmine and Sweet Birch
* Base note of Blue Tansy
I’ve added blue lotus petals and crystal chips of Amethyst to elevate its frequency. Carrier oil is Jojoba.

Fairies 🧚 can be found sunbathing floating on lilies, in the forest near Birch trees and moss, and at night flying around the Night blooming Jasmine flowers. Citrus fruits are one of their favorite snacks.

I feel due to the delicious scent this may be something I will need to carry year around, come try it out at the shop. $13.33

I really enjoy getting up early on a rainy day, making a cup of tea (I had the Iron Boost this morning) and working in my studio.

Today I needed to work on the roll on’s. I wanted to share the Muscle Rub roll on and how it compares to the Muscle Rub Cream.

Since men love the Muscle Rub so much they may not know that they can forego the cream base and use the main ingredients that helps with muscle soreness. I now have more Arnica than Coconut oil as the base. And concentrated magnesium flakes have dissolved into the oil. All of the plant oils in the muscle Rub Lotion are also in here. It’s easy to have the bottle on the golf course, in his pocket on the job or in the gym bag. A little goes a long way, and is also refillable.

I have one Gua Sha Face Lymphatic oil left so I will do that next. And more crystal Gu Sha stones are on their way too. There are a couple left at the shop right now.

The annual Girls Night Out event is coming up. With even more small businesses in the area joining. Giveaways and appetizers at each business.

Unfortunately this year I can only participate for the first hour. An herbal class landed on the same evening. Over the months to follow I will be learning about regulations and marketing, labeling and product claims, pricing and more.

As I’ve grown my business and have four wholesale accounts it’s important that I be as professional as possible as this isn’t just a hobby where I do a Farmers market here and there. Having Apothecary in Doctors offices is a different level of safety. I also want the best for you.

I’m also horrible at pricing. As you’ve realized my prices are lower than the typical salves, sprays and bath and body. Doing taxes this past year the numbers are still being sort out as my sales are good, but the expenses aren’t matching up. I don’t want to have to close the doors if I’m losing out on the products I make.

Wednesday I will be open until 4:55PM. So I will ask that you have purchases paid for by that time. All day from 10-5PM I will allow you to enter in my own drawing. This is next Wednesday not tomorrow.

I hope you all have a great evening with your friends, you deserve to take a night out for yourself! Thank Sweet Exchange for putting this together. All of this planning takes time.

To honor my dad I thought I would post what I would get him if he were still here.

Due to my dad’s lifestyle he didn’t live as long as he should have. It was bacon and eggs and coffee in the morning, beer all day, fried chicken and fish for dinner, he also smoked (since he was 7 years old)

He did have a vegetables garden and got other garden vegetables from the guys at the bar he traded fish with. He loved to fish and so this bug spray is great for all of the outdoor fathers out there. The hand salve heals and protects those fisherman or gardening hands. He had a bad heart so I would have given him this herbal tea. Maybe I could have convinced him to switch to a mushroom coffee for his morning cup. He had a rough life which lead him to get on an unhealthy way of life. sadness, anxiety, depression etc may lesson with this mushroom tincture. Lions Mane especially is good for the brain. I also added a small tin of Anxiety lotion. He loved his macadamia nuts, this little bag adds a raw clean cacao to make it into a little treat.

Are you getting your dad something good for his health this year? The men who shop here love the muscle Rub and Arthritic Salve (I’m out right now but in the process of making more today)and so many other products to keep him here a while longer.

Look at these beautiful whimsical hand wrapped earrings also coming in with the kimonos. We have seen glass beads, plastic, wood, and crystal beads, why not wear cotton beads along with your cotton clothing?. Up-cycled sari textiles give it that Bohemian look and adds a burst of magical color.

I really didn’t need more bags but I got several of these light weight cotton hand blocked totes. Especially in the summer it’s nice to have your clothing and accessories be light and not weigh you down.

Kimonos are on their way here just in time for a light cover up on the boat, over the swimsuit on the beach, to dress up a short and tank top outfit in the evening or even in the office when the AC is blowing on you a little too much. I like the light weight colorful fabric of scarfs in warmer weather but I always thought it odd to want to wear one around your neck, it’s my arms that get chilled, and sometimes after dinner I want to hide my full tummy lol. These are adorable, made from viscose, some are longer, and there will be two of each per pattern. Because this was my first order I not only got free shipping but a discount so this first batch will be less in price than the next order, if I do reorder. So when they come in next week I will let you know so you can get over here and grab one at the lower cost.

I also got in some unique earrings and bags from them as well. I will share them tomorrow.

Is been such a nice day off today. I took a hike to Houghton Falls (btw, it’s been so dry only a trickle of water)then I treated myself to lunch at a new place and came home to this package of new make up.

Now I’m going to rearrange the shop to make room for it and work in the studio listening to the rain.

If you haven’t heard of this natural line of make up, this is my second order, and those who have been using it have come back to try the other products in the line. So I now have more choices. These are higher pigmented than other natural make up, and look at the cute names!

Do you know the Community Garden is having a Summer Solstice Make Music Day event? And it’s on Father’s day! Bring the family for a magical evening of fun with music, kids activities, and a few booths. I will have outdoor needed necessities on my table, plus some special Summer Solstice products not seen here. I will be working on those tonight.

The Wild Yam is finally available.

There is more than just wild yam root to help with menopausal and PMS symptoms. There are many herbs and essential plant oils that work synergistically to boost the medicine and I’ve added them all!

Chaste Berry, Black Cohosh, Red Clover, Raspberry Leaf, Rose Petals, Chamomile and Neem Leaf are the herbs that I infuse (macerate) in Avocado and olive oil for months and are part of this herbal balm. 6 plant essential oils, mango butter and shea butter are also added.

Wild yam works with our own progesterone and when applied to different areas of the body fat cells takes it up into the pathways to make its own progesterone. No side effects like Estrogen Therapy can have. Customers report better sleep, less acne, hot flashes gone, happier moods, and more. After a couple of jars I haven’t had to use it again, but I’m going to start up again to see if it helps with weight loss as some report as well.

You will start to notice large jars filled with herbs and oils sitting on my patio this summer. I love using the heat and energy of the sun to infuse the oil. I’m starting to make larger batches so I have it readily available all winter.
