This is the hard realization when it comes to running a small business. 🤯
Want to know our gross for the last two days at the bait store? $50. Yes you read that number correct, small buisness are hard, not being a big box store is hard. Anyone who runs a small business is a badass in my book, the uncertainty if you will be able to open next month is always there. It takes a lot of grit and mental exhaustion to figure out how to keep it going. But we do it for our customers! The busy days with round the clock customers definitely make up for the slow ones.
This isnt meant to be a “poor me” post, this is just to let you in on why supporting local small businesses is so important instead of always running to your local Walmart.
