There's something special about this time of year in Caldwell

Suitcases are unpacked.
Dorm rooms come to life.

As students return to the College of Idaho, we want to wish everyone an amazing semester filled with new experiences, lasting friendships, and opportunities to grow.

As our week away comes to an end, we wanted to say thank you.

Thank you for supporting Bluebird Confections, for visiting our Sweet Stops Along the Way, and for celebrating local businesses with us while we took a few days to recharge.

One of our favorite parts of traveling isn't just seeing new places—it's finding inspiration.

Whether it's discovering a new flavor, meeting another small business owner, wandering through a local market, or simply slowing down long enough to notice the little details, every adventure has a way of sparking new ideas.

That's exactly what this trip is about.

Today's Sweet Stop Along the Way takes us to Up North Distillery in Post Falls.

Known for their handcrafted, small-batch spirits and welcoming tasting room, Up North Distillery is always one of our favorite stops whenever we're in North Idaho.

Their Big Kid Hard Cider is also the inspiration behind one of our customer favorites—our Apple Pie Whiskey Caramels.

It's a collaboration that brings together two Idaho businesses with a passion for creating something special.
