We strive to offer a beautiful space for our visitors to enjoy shopping and to long for a return visit knowing they will find something wonderful. We also seek to empower independent entrepreneurs to chase their dreams by providing smaller spaces located along the vibrant Indian Creek community where their creativity and passions are supported. Among the three levels, spaces range from 137-1,000 square feet with each having our Oakes Brothers signature gated arch entry and red brick wall. Oakes Brothers provides a unique opportunity for small businesses to be located directly on Indian Creek Plaza where there is always something going on! The Plaza location draws friends mingling out on the town, couples enjoying a date night, and families with small children. It offers concerts, live entertainment, movies, outdoor seating and a splash pad for outdoor water play.
