📦 ORDER UPDATE — Outstanding Items
I wanted to give everyone waiting on outstanding items another quick update! 🤍 I help Lindsey with orders, and since she is currently enjoying a well-deserved vacation, I wanted to keep everyone informed.
While we would LOVE nothing more than a next-day turnaround time on every order, unfortunately, that just isn’t always possible. Many specialty products are produced overseas, and this is an extremely busy time of year for manufacturers, with school spirit orders in full swing.
🎀 Bow Sets & Jackets: The jackets are included in this same order. These items were VERY popular, which has contributed to a longer production time than originally anticipated. For full transparency, other boutiques that placed their orders a little over a week before we did - with the same quoted turnaround time - just received their orders today. Please know that this is a great sign that ours are coming!
👖 Pants & Pant Sets: These are not included in the order referenced above. They are currently still within the quoted production turnaround time, so there is no delay to report on those items as of now.
I’ve included pictures of some of the orders I have seen completed and received by other boutiques. The vendor does not send me pictures of every order, but I am constantly checking in, requesting updates, and urging production along as much as possible. Unfortunately, we are ultimately at the manufacturer’s discretion when it comes to production and shipping timelines.
We completely understand that waiting longer than expected can be frustrating. Please know that these delays are not specific to our order, and as soon as the items arrive, we will work to get them into your hands as quickly as possible! ❤️
If you have a specific concern about your order, please reach out personally beginning Sunday, September 13th when she returns. I will also try to update with more photos if they are provided to me.
