CUTOFFS, COOZIES AND COUNTRY MUSIC 2023 is right around the corner! Four days to be exact! We hope you've got your boots shined and your cutoffs ironed!

To get you ready, how about a sneak peak at the LINE-UP!

The MUSIC FESTIVITIES across town begin at 11:00 am sharp. Here's what we've got:

Festivities kick-off at the car show this year! Taking stage at Virginia Field Park from 11am - 1pm - Jeff Munson and the Road Kinds (formerly Southern Groove)

LIVE MUSIC DOWNTOWN CALVERT:

11am - 12 pm - Billy Houston - Billy will be on the sidewalk between The Calvert Collective and Starr Studios.

12:30pm - 1:30pm - Lane Elliott - Lane will be on the sidewalk outside of the Ole' West Saloon.

2:00pm - 3:00pm - Faith Wilganowski - Faith will be on the sidewalk outside of En Gedi Winery.

3:30pm - 4:30pm - Layne King - Layne will be on the sidewalk in front of Lost Creek Gallery.

DON'T FORGET THE KIDS ZONE located in the vacant lot directly across main street from the Yellow Door Book Store.

This all leads up to the coup de gras' (that's fancy country for the BIG FINALE) CrossRoads Band! The guys are here for the second year with some of THE BEST country tunes you have ever heard!

Gates open at 7:30pm, dance starts at 8:00pm. Tickets are $15 Cash Only at THE DOOR, or you can buy your tickets in advance online at www.calverttxchamber.com (make sure you click on the street dance flyer - there will be a button directly under it that says buy now) - and don't forget, every ticket gets a FREE KOOZIE!

Have a large group coming? Perfect! We have tables you can reserve for $40! Contact the Chamber of Commerce for details! Tables must be reserved before Saturday.

Dancin' stirs up quite a thirst and an appetite! We've got you covered! Adult beverages can be purchased from three local vendors located within the dance; the Lone Oak Lounge, En Gedi Winery and the Ole' West Saloon! Hungry did you say? This year we have three food trucks gracin' us with their little bites of Heaven! Stuffed or Smashed, Jack's Hitchin' Kitchen and F&J Bar-B-Que!

As always, we can't wait to see your smiling faces! Thank you for always supporting our Chamber of Commerce and our town! We'll see y'all soon!

The Calvert Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its second ANNUAL, Cutoffs, Coozies & Country Music May 6, 2023!

WHERE. ARE. MY. BBQ COOK-OFF. TEAMS??? You heard that right! There will be a BBQ Cook-Off this year. Applications will be available March 1, 2023! BOLO for those to post! More competition you say? Okay then! Horseshoes it is!! Whether you ring it or lean it, it's guaranteed to be a good time!

This year we add more music, a little competition and more DOWNTOWN SHOPPING than you can imagine! Shopping makes you hungry so make sure you visit one of our local restaurants for just the fuel you need to power through this EVENTFUL day! Put your walking shoes on guys, and grab some COFFEE! Shopping by day DANCIN' by night! Bring those boots with ya, AND as always, we encourage your Cut-Offs, Shorts and JORTS!!

And of course, our HIGHLIGHT of the year, CROSS ROADS BAND to end the night! 🎸 YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THESE GUYS!

Are my teams READY? It's time! Cutoffs, Coozies and Country Music has officially kicked off with the official announcement of our newest addition to this ANNUAL EVENT - the BBQ Cook-Off! 🏆

Applications are now available on the Chamber of Commerce website at http://www.calverttxchamber.com/, just click on "BBQ Cookoff Entry" for an application!

More event information is on the way! As always, get those BOOTS, Cutoffs, Shorts and JORTS ready for some of the BEST DANCIN' tunes from none other than CrossRoads Band! So stay tuned!
