Running a business continually tests my faith, patience, and trust in God. These five Scriptures remind me that success is not measured only by sales—it is also found in obedience, integrity, service, and faithfulness to the mission He has given me.
1. “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3
Before every new idea, launch, or decision, I am learning to surrender my plans to God and allow Him to direct the outcome.
2. “Whatever your task, work heartily, as serving the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23
Even the smallest task can become an offering when it is completed with love and excellence for His glory.
3. “He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much.” — Luke 16:10
The unseen work matters. Every candle poured, package prepared, and customer served is an opportunity to be faithful.
4. “Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness.” — Matthew 6:33
When numbers, sales, and uncertainty become overwhelming, this verse reminds me to place God and the mission first.
5. “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God.” — James 1:5
I may not always know the right next step, but I can always ask the One who does.
