We just got "Santa Barbara flooring tile" added to our catalog. This is our high-end terracotta flooring option for a California Mission and Spanish style architecture. Its texture is smooth and color-rich. Available in several sizes. The color variation is very similar to Mexican Saltillo flooring, which is very common on terracotta flooring. Many people ask us about how copper sinks keep up, or how to maintain them. This is a sink that has been in a regular use for over three years already. All is used to keep it clean is soap and water. No chemicals or harsh cleaners are needed. The patina varies slightly on the heavier use areas (at the bottom), but most of its surface remains pretty much the same.
