Don't we all have authors who we drop everything for when their new book releases? For me, Pulitzer Prize-winning author Barbara Kingsolver is one of those.

Today is the release day for her 11th novel, Partita, and we have the Indie Exclusive Edition, which features a letter from Barbara in which she shares her inspiration for the novel and provides important context. Did you know she attended college on a piano scholarship?

Choose this for your next book club to be guaranteed a lively and rich discussion.

Two-time Newbery Medal winner Lois Lowry brings us another thought-provoking children’s read in the tradition of The Giver—this time exploring censorship, comfort, and the consequences of staying silent.

Most of all, it’s a reminder of just how powerful books can be: opening our minds, stretching our imaginations, and helping us see a little more of what it means to be human.

At Scout & Morgan, we make every effort to carry the inventory you love. Therefore, we have signed copies of Building 903 in store today! This would make a great holiday gift option for the young reader in your life.
