Hi everyone 🤍

We truly hate having to make this post, but it’s something that needs to be addressed.

Lately, we’ve seen an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. In the past, we’ve tried to be as understanding and flexible as possible—but unfortunately, it’s become a pattern that we can no longer overlook.

Please remember, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We often rearrange our schedules, take time away from our families, and even work 7 days a week to accommodate everyone. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time is lost and cannot be filled.

With that being said:
• A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations.
• No Call/No Shows will be required to pay a fee before booking again.
• A deposit will also be required for future appointments.
• Fees will be based on the service that was booked.

We completely understand that life happens—things come up, emergencies happen. All we ask is for communication. It truly makes all the difference.

We appreciate each and every one of you and your continued support more than you know 🫶 Thank you for respecting our time as much as we respect yours.

Ready for longer, fuller summer hair? Now is the perfect time to get your extensions!

✨ Install: $75 per row
✨ Move Up: $37 per row (when booked within the 4–6 week maintenance window)

Example Pricing:
• 3-row move up: $112
• 3-row install: $225

To keep your extensions looking their best, move-ups must be booked every 4–6 weeks. If you go past that window, the row will need to be reinstalled at the full $75 per row price.
