I like free shipping. When making online orders, the first thing I look for is: what's the minimum order to qualify for free shipping. Oddly enough, on my own site, I didn't have any offers for free shipping. Well, that changes now. Any purchases shipping within the US that are $25 or more get free shipping when you use the coupon code 25SHIPSFREE. Facebook-land gets the code first, I haven't decided when I'll announce it on Etsy, but the code is valid now. Thank-you for all your support!

I typically package orders all together to ensure space in shipping envelopes. If you are ordering items that you want packaged separately, please let me know in the "Conversations" box on Etsy. If you would like to me to mail orders separately, please either: (1) order them separately (there's a place to enter your billing address and another for the "Ship To" address) and just leave me a note in the "Conversations" box as to which orders you don't want me to include the receipt (along with where you do want receipts mailed if you want them), or (2) message me BEFORE ordering (with the shipping address(es)) so I can recalculate shipping. Hopefully I didn't make things too confusing :) You can always leave me a message in Etsy's "Conversations" box with your needs and we can work them out. I don't check in with Facebook very often, but I check Etsy regularly. Just wanted to make sure everyone knows how orders are typically packaged before ordering. May your entire holiday season be filled with joy and happiness!!!

I only recently realized there are two pages on Etsy: an "About Me" page and more of an "About Store" page. After digging around, I figured out how to "Update" (a nice way of saying finally starting/completing) my about store page. The photos of Hope were only taken about a year ago, but wow, my little girl is getting so much bigger. She is a blur of constant motion, so it's not as easy to just look at her. Who would've thought just adding some info to my 'Shop Page' would make me wonder where the time went. I suppose it's just her growing up and me trying to keep up.

I just had an odd experience with a customer. This person made a purchase on January 11th and I haven't been able to contact this person for some information needed for the customs form. I tried to reach this person several times via the Etsy 'Conversations' box and by e-mail, even apologizing for what I felt was hounding the person for the needed shipping information. I even sent my messages through a translator in case they don't speak/aren't comfortable with English. And mentioned at the top of the e-mails/messages that the translation was posted below. After ignoring my numerous messages, they left me a rating of one star and said it was weird they haven't received their order. This prompts me post a reminder

*If you have any questions about your order, contact the seller

*If you don't know where your package is, check any message box on the sellers website, if one is available, and/or check your e-mail.

*When checking e-mail, check the "Junk" mail box. My own e-mail sends anything from an e-mail address not on my contacts list straight to junk.

*If there is an option to leave a review, there is an option to contact the seller - contact the seller regarding any issues first.

I don't like leaving things unfinished, therefore I don't like seeing a package waiting to ship just sitting on the printer, so I'm eager to ship it out. And I always thought having to wait to ship a package until after a bank holiday weekend was bad, HA, I've been itching to send this one for over a month!

After everything, even the bad review, I still hope they send me the information I need to ship and that they are happy with their order. Even if they never order from me again, I still hope that they enjoy their purchase. :)

Happy Thanksgiving! There are so many blessings - big and small - and sometimes I forget to say Thank-you. As today is Thanksgiving, in the US, today, it is a good time to say Thank-you. Thank-you for allowing my store on your Facebook timeline, the shares, and likes, it all helps. And Thank-you to my customers, over a hundred, for all being awesome and easy to work with. You are all one of my blessings this Thanksgiving. May your entire holiday season be happy and bright!

Now don't worry, but I will be going out of town on the 26th. Domestic orders will still be processed, and I've got an idea to on how to fill international orders in my absence, but am not sure if it'll work or not. If not, I plan to be back on Dec. 10th.
In the meantime, I've been trying to get listings prepared. While getting some sterling silver pendants ready to photograph, I noticed some of the pieces just seemed too small to put on such a long chain. So, I am turning some into charms to clip on your bracelet. I only have one ready at the moment, not listed yet, but I'll give you a sneak peak of the charm and a couple of pendants, that are slated to list next weekend. They are all sterling silver, (to be fair, I don't know if the clasp on the charm is sterling silver or not.) The red cross was made with rubies, and the white cross was made with cubic zirconia.

While they are not all listed, I do have baby rings in sizes 0, 1, 2, and 3. It may sound like common sense, but it bears repeating: PLEASE, keep a sharp eye on your little one when they have a small object, such as a cute ring.

I've had questions about Special Orders/Reserved Orders pop up, and since a customer just found me on Facebook and messaged me here, I figured this would be a great place to explain. When I first started Etsy, a customer ordered a pair of earrings and mentioned if I ever had a bracelet like it, she would be interested in buying. Long story short, I posted a picture of just the pieces, and titled it '[Her name] Special Order.' While we were messaging back and forth, people started favoriting (is that a word?) the photo. Those were the last pieces I had in that style, so I was scared someone would beat her to them. So, to ensure that reserved orders/special orders don't get bought before the customer who it is intended for gets it, I made a little blue icon box that says, 'Sorry, This Special Order is Reserved,' and title it, "[Customers name] Special Order." The pictures are of the bracelet pieces I posted, the actual finished product, and my 'Special Order' icon.

I've never run into such an oddity on customs forms before, but I have to select either 'Korea, Republic of (South Korea)' or 'South Korea (Korea, Republic of)' for my state/province/other. They sound like the same thing to me. I'm going to go with the second option and hope for the best. If there really is a difference, please let me know.

Hope was more interested in playing with the jewelry than anything else. Her hair may seem a little strange, but putting jewelry on, and taking it back off, not to mention wearing necklaces as a crown can mess up your hair.
