Owners Jim and Bonnie Morse started Jim's Equipment Repair as a part-time venture in 1987. However, in 1989 due to the rapid growth of their business they saw the need to make it their full-time occupation. Continuing to grow and diversify, in 1995 they became a dealer for Steiner Turf Equipment, a high quality brand of lawn and garden equipment with over 30 quick-hitch, front mounted attachments.

Then in 2000 the Kioti Compact Tractor line was added, a line of four wheel drive tractors with loaders, backhoes, mowers and tillers, to help meet their customer's needs. On April 27th, 2002 they opened their new, expanded facility at 4072 Lewis Road in Campbell, NY and introduced their new website.
