There is a silent auction table at both shows. The one at the AMHA is traditionally in the hallway area. I’m not sure where it will be but the office will know when people check in. And then the harness will come in every night since it’s a high value item. And at nationals, it’s in the same room where the office is, off to the left of the office window. Also, where Heron‘s tack and the massage lady are typically set up. For the online bidding, we don’t have an official form, but Kari Schepers will taking everyone’s bids via Messenger or you can give them my phone number if they don’t have Facebook messenger. I’m letting everyone know that I will only bid up to their maximum if someone else’s bidding against them, I will not automatically put the bid at what they tell me they will bid up to. Bidding will be in $10 increments.
People would then pay through the office with a credit card on file through the office or if they have a friend at the show that they want to have them pay and then they pay them back. And then I will mail the item at their expense or if they have a friend at the show the Friend can bring it home to them if they arrange that with me and the friend.
