Surprise! Summer drop now on our website! 3 new products and lots of summer critter mugs! Berry bowls, duck head charcuterie platters, chip and dip bowls, margarita glasses, possums in inner tubes, frogs in bikinis, etc. all handmade and hand carved right here in Campton, KY.

Bring your best and win prizes! Bring nothing and still eat cake! We’ve got great, big news! 📣 Our friend, Travis Sapp, has joined the Turtle Team as the Operations Manager🐢👏! We are so thrilled and grateful to have Travis helping to carry the load, keep things running smoothly, adding his unique creativity, and positive, calming attitude to our humble studio in the Red River Gorge, KY.💖Welcome to the zoo, Travis!

Come see Travis, Casey, Laura and the rest of the Turtle Team this Sunday, 6/7, at our TFP Anniversary Bock Party from 3-8pm on Court Street in Campton. Free cake + cake contest + pottery demos + turtle scavenger hunt + live music + food vendor. It’s gonna be a darn good small town hootenany!

If you’ve been into the shop the last couple of months you have likely been welcomed by Travis. If you’ve ordered anything off our website, or needed assistance online, you’ve likely been helped by Travis. If you’ve been at our gallery at The Brick, you’ve likely seen Travis re-stocking the shelves. Hey, I’ve never claimed to be very good at “instant” sharing… what can I say?… I’m on Turtle Time! 🐢⏰

ONE WEEK 😲until It’s our Anniversary Block Party - Sunday June 7, 2026! 🤩It’s going to be a community hootenanny! Don’t be a stranger! Let’s make pottery, eat cake, and boogie together! 🍰💃 🕺🏻🐢

EVENT DETAILS!
3 - 8p - TFP pottery demos + community pottery activities + turtle scavenger hunt around town + music
3:00-4:00 - sign in your homemade cakes for the competition!
3pm - 7pm - 145 Roadhouse food available for purchase. Menu: chicken tenders, cheeseburger sliders, Campbell’s chili dogs, salmon bites, fries, homemade chips
3:30 - opening pinata ceremony
4:15-4:45 - cake contest judging
5pm - announce cake winners & invite all to eat cake!
5:15 - 7:45 - Robert Overbee’s Vulgar Movements
8pm - bye bye!
