Limoncello Aperol spritz

The Limoncello Aperol Spritz Cocktail is a refreshing, citrusy take on the classic Aperol Spritz.

3 oz Champagne or prosecco
1 oz Aperol liqueur
1 oz Limoncello liqueur
1 oz Club soda
Optional ice cubes
Orange slice for garnish!

nstructions
Start by selecting a large wine glass, champagne glass, or a classic Spritz glass.
Filling the glass with ice cubes is optional, leaving some space at the top for the rest of the ingredients.
Measure and pour carefully Limoncello, Aperol, Champagne or Prosecco, and Club soda into a prepared glass.

To make sure all the flavors meld, take a long spoon and gently stir the ingredients in the glass. You want to combine Limoncello, Aperol, champagne, or Prosecco and soda without losing the bubbles.
Garnish and serve.

Notes
Chill all ingredients: Be sure to chill the Limoncello, Aperol, and champagne or sparkling wine before making the cocktail. Serving it cold will help maintain the refreshing and bubbly qualities of the drink.
Experiment with garnishes –Get creative with your garnishes! In addition to citrus slices, you can also add fresh herbs like mint or basil, or even edible flowers to enhance the visual appeal of your cocktail.

ITS THE SUMMER OF SPRITZS!! Here is a classic twist on the Aperol Spritz, remove the Aperol and replace with Campari. If Aperol is a little too fruity or sweet for you, then you'll love it with this easy swap!
Campari Spritz
3 ounces prosecco
2 ounces Campari
1 ounce soda water
1 slice orange

Directions
Add the prosecco, Campari, and soda water directly into an ice-filled wine glass and gently stir.

Garnish with an orange slice.
