To all our customers:

We are writing to inform you of the formulation update to our Pink Curing Salt products (Modern Cure, Pink Cure, Speed Cure, Etc.).

In response to the regulatory decision to ban the use of Red Dye 40 effective 2027, we will be removing Red Dye 40 from our Pink Curing Salts formulations. This change ensures full compliance with the forthcoming regulatory requirements and reflects our continued commitment to product safety, transparency, and regulatory adherence.

The removal of Red Dye 40 will not affect the functionality, curing performance, or safety of the product.

We are currently coordinating this transition to ensure a seamless implementation well in advance of the 2027 deadline. We currently inventory/sell the updated cures.
