A premiere fine art gallery on the beautiful Oregon coast. In its 28th year, Bronze Coast Gallery has become one of Oregon's premiere fine art galleries.

Classic, limited edition bronze sculptures and unique, contemporary artwork and exquisite paintings from over 50 established artists from 🇺🇸 and 🇨🇦 Specializing in limited edition bronze sculpture, the gallery was founded with the focus of providing education in sculpture and the process of bronze casting. The gallery also spotlights the finest in original paintings, oil, acrylic and mixed media. Over 40 award-winning regional, national and international artists are featured. Bronze Coast Gallery is located in The Landing at 224 North Hemlock Street in the heart of scenic Cannon Beach, 90 minutes west of Portland on the northwest Oregon coast.

Once again, we are thrilled to welcome you to the annual Stormy Weather Arts Festival November 6th-8th, 2026!

We will feature the art of bronze sculptors Melissa Cooper and David Crawford alongside wood sculptor Crystal Lockwood and jeweler Robert Rogers.

Today, September 12th, we will have bronze sculptor Dan Chen and oil painter Margret Short in the gallery for a special one day show. The artists will be around all day to chat about their techniques and inspirations with a reception from 3-5pm.

Margret will be bringing eight new pieces for her third installment of « Dancing Backwards in High Heels » in which she highlights lesser known female artists from the past. Dan plans to present us with a few newer pieces alongside many fan favorites.

On September 12th we will have artist Margret Short in the gallery for a one day show along with sculptor Dan Chen. This will be her third installment of the themed series « Dancing Backwards in High Heels » where she highlights female artists of the past that were largely overlooked in history. The artist will be in the gallery from 3-5pm to chat about her inspiration and outline the stories behind each painting.

« Animals have always held a special place in my heart...I create sculptures of animals that depict the life force of the animal in all of it’s visual splendor. »

Rosetta has set herself apart with a practice she calls « Interpretive Realism ». Anchored in a childhood where recurring reverie of being followed by big cats morphed into wonder-filled dreams involving friendly encounters with felines. This experience, in her youth, inspired the signature style and lovely sculptures we all enjoy today.

Love for her own cats, along with a passion for the animals in Africa and the American Wild West, Rosetta has carved out a style of form, motion and inner spirit. Through this practice, she is able to express the beauty, grace, and power of the animal form.

Dan Chen’s experience in the eastern and western disciplines of art has provided the inspiration for the extremely pleasing and dramatic style he has developed. Dan creates an exquisite and masterful expression of line, color, light and energy that is truly all his own.

Margret Short specializes in still-life and floral subjects in oil and is a Signature Member of Oil Painters of America. Utilizing lush brushstrokes and the use of light and dark, Margret creates superior results that are beautiful and evocative.

Sculptor, Don Rambadt, uses birds as a point of departure, a relationship of positive and negative space in which he manipulates the interplay of mixed metals to give the impression of life and movement. His work is based on anatomical accuracy as he feels you should have an intimate understanding of your subject matter before you attempt an abstract version of it. This allows the artist to select which characteristics to emphasize or de-emphasize resulting in a certain feel in each piece.

From August 14th-30th we will be honoring the wonderful talent and brilliant mind of the late Katherine Ace. Ace was a well-established Portland painter with a reputation as one of Oregon’s leading visual artists.

Katherine was known, among other things, for her expressive recreations of scenes & characters from classic fairy tales. Her quiet yet determined advocacy for women in the art world is still praised.

This Saturday August 15th, from 3pm-5pm, we will be hosting a reception with her daughter Corinna and celebrating all that Katherine was and continues to represent.

Victoria Parsons is one of the gallery’s most unique artists. Beginning her career as a wildlife artist in 1991 after spending the previous 29 years as an accomplished rider, instructor and owner of an equestrian center. Her passion for animals and wildlife art blossomed once she arrived in Denver in 1989.

Victoria’s distinctive, naturalistic style is enhanced by the use of unique specialty wood such as rare 1,500 year old bristlecone pine that she finds in the Colorado mountains as high as 12,000 feet. Her talents extend into clay and wax sculpture which are cast as limited bronze editions.

Over the years she’s developed a creative, interpretive style which expresses her love and preservation of wildlife and nature.

We just had a lovely visit with steel and bronze sculpture artist, Donnie Wanner. Beyond catching up and sharing news about life of late, Donnie also dropped off six magnificent wall sculptures! Please read on to see the pieces gracing the gallery walls...

Self-taught artist and Oregon native, Donnie Wanner brings a new approach to metal wall sculpture using « old school torch work » into most of his landscape scenes. Wanner began his career working with metal more than 30 years ago at a neo-classic car manufacturer where he gained extensive experience and skills. Donnie’s work is distinctive for its design, refinement and unique patinas.

Major congratulations to bronze sculptor, Jim Eppler, as he is one of five inductees into the 2026 West Texas Walk of Fame! Additionally, last year Jim had a piece installed at the National Museum of Wildlife Art.

Much accomplished and ever admired, we are so lucky to be able to represent Jim here at Bronze Coast Gallery!
