We had a special order for a light summer treat, pate de fruit (jellies dusted in sugar & a little citric acid) and that was just the kick we needed to make Gems for us. Our friends at Pete’s Mountains Winery had us make jellies with their delicious Sisters Rose and they are tasty, we added orange, raspberry and Marionberry to the Gems assortment. A little sweet a little tart, just perfect, come in and pick up a box.
