We have two outstanding D’Angelico Excel Series acoustic-electric guitars out on the floor that need new homes! The Excel series is D’Angelico’s top of the line acoustic range. All solid sitka spruce tops, and all solid mahogany back and sides. With Fishman built in electronics AND super nice structured gig bags!

With those specs, they are a steal even at the $1000 normal price, but we are slashing the prices to $560 each this week only!

🚨NEW STUFF🚨
Big haul of new guitars, amps and more! We bought and traded a lot of really great stuff at the ATL Vintage Guitar Show last weekend, and had some great new stuff show up at the shop the last few days as well.

We got some traditional stuff: like the 1966 Gibson EB-O bass up front, and the 1993 Fender American Standard Stratocaster in rare Caribbean Mist in the back, and the MINTY 1967 Fender Drip Edge Deluxe Reverb in the 2nd slide

We got some funky-but-undeniably-cool stuff: like the 1978 Kramer 650G aluminum neck guitar, and the MIJ Greco and Burny Les Paul Customs, and the rare Ibanez Steve Vai Euphoria signature acoustic, and the crazy lightweight Meazzi Sceptre Hollywood from Italy

And lots more! We are way behind on inventory intake and photography and all that, but we’re working hard to catch up. If you see something you’re interested in, let us know and we’ll send some details. A few of these pieces are already spoken for, but most will be going up in the shop ASAP!

Pardon the practicing guitarist (Joseph Kuykendall see I do practice!) … dialing in some great mid-gain tones with the first new pedal I’ve put on the board in 4-5 years. A very cool new overdrive from a friend of ours that will be released this week. Stay tuned!

We need to talk about last night …
Last night 22 young rock stars in 4 bands took the stage MadLife Stage & Studios for our annual Summer Jam concert. If you’ve ever seen the movie School of Rock, it’s kinda like that. A boot camp for young musicians, with a big sold out concert at the end to show off their hard work.

And, BOYYYY did they ever show off! We are speechless. Words cannot express how proud we are to see these kids spread their wings and soar on stage. Faces were melted, heads were banged, tears were shed … it was amazing.

These are just of few of the shots captured by Sports & Portrait Photography last night, and there will be lots more to come.

To the bands: Sledgehammerz, Days Since, Delegance, and Kurbage … we hope you had even more fun than we did. It sure looked like fun from my seat!
