Yesterday was my first opportunity to tune with your lever. What an amazing surprise! It left me speechless. My reaction was truly priceless. Words can’t do it justice. Completely love how it greatly reduced the effort to tune even super tight pins. Plus, the ability to have a balanced lever that almost self levitates from pin to pin was a joy. After all day tuning, it’s the key ingredient in reducing fatigue. Along with insisting the noisy kids and barking dogs go outside and play (far away) while I’m trying to tune! Your craftsmanship to improve my life now ranks equal to my first time using the Accu-Tuner. Both stand out as the moment my piano business was elevated to a higher level providing even better service to the customer. Such a great feeling. Thank you greatly. I’ll reconnect soon on a few other things I’m curious about.

My colleague requested a dark blue segmented hybrid lever. Shoutout to Paul Ferlan for the kind words!

“I just wanted to tell you how much I’ve enjoyed using this new tuning lever you made for me. It’s been about 4 months now, and given the lighter weight overall of the new lever and the stiffness of the carbon fiber, it’s been a joy to use! The lack of weight (and inertia) and the stiff shaft give me a much better feel for the pin than I’ve ever had before. It feels like I’m not having to work as hard to get the pin where I need it to go, and that’s fantastic!

It doesn’t hurt that it’s pretty sharp-looking and feels good in my hand. I was worried that the epoxy finish would be too slick, but it actually gives me a pretty good grip, and the hybrid shape is very comfortable for my hand for both grands and verticals.

So all in all - I’m loving this thing - thank you!”
