It is that time of year again!!! Our tents are set up in front of the building, and we’ve got lots of stuff ready to fill them! The Spoon River Drive starts this coming weekend, and there are so many things discounted. Everything in the tents will be 40% off, and there will be lots of items marked 25% off inside the store. There’s too many sale items to list, but check out some of them in the pictures. We're hoping to post pictures later in the week of the inside of the tents! As you know, we're super busy this week, so we probably won't be able to respond to questions about prices and sizes.

New Product Spotlight: painting kits for kids by Tinkerpop Studio. We are carrying 5 different themes. Each one includes 3 plaster figurines, paints, a paint brush, and a disposable apron. I think what I love most about these is that they are made in Macomb by a teacher/mom. Come check them out! I don't think they will last long!!!

It has been 6 years since we opened the doors of this building for you, and over 7 years since the summer we started setting up our booth at festivals. So much has happened in that time. We've learned a lot, met so many new people, and grown and grown some more. Thank you for all of your support.... from the bottom of our hearts!!!!

To celebrate we're having a 35% off sale on lots of items this weekend. We're also needing to make space for all of the fall stuff that will be making it's way into the store soon, so come and take advantage of the good deals!

I’ve been thinking about our “why.” Why are we doing this? The short answer is that this is part of what God wants us to do right now. Why? Well, we’re not sure really. We just keep trying to be faithful, keeping our hearts open to possibilities. Our prayer is that you feel the love when you’re here. Hopefully you can sense the love we put into what we make and buy, and how we put it together for you to enjoy. My favorite part is trying to find ways to connect with you. The hope is that even if we’ve only met you once, or if we’ve gotten to really know you that you can tell that we’re glad you’re here. If you need a listening ear or a prayer, we’re your people. That’s the beauty of the slower summertime is that we have more time to do this than we often have later in the year. Come see us!!

We’re open this weekend.

This weekend we're having a 25% off sale on several items. There are lots of fun styles of pot holders and stuffies. All of our Elyse Breanne patterns as well as all of our Poppy popcorn flavors are included. Our furniture will be marked in the store. (I've tried to show a few of them in the pictures. We won't be able to give prices online, because we may not be here to check them.)

We look forward to seeing you!!

There’s so much that happens in May: Mother’s Day, graduations, weddings, planting, teacher and nurse appreciation, end of school, summer preparations… What did I miss? Let us help you with some of that this weekend. And maybe when you leave, you’ll take with you some rejuvenation to keep at it.

We did a summer reset, and this will be our last weekend open until June 26-28. We’re taking some time off to welcome a new grandbaby and enjoy our other three grandkids, travel, and work on some of our projects.

We're open this weekend! It has been so much fun seeing you enjoy all things spring. As the world bursts into life, we often feel the need to renew our homes a little too. There's still plenty of joy left in the store for you to get. And even if you don't need anything, we're happy to see you!!

Open dates/times this weekend:
Thursday, 4/23 4-6
Friday, 4/24 4-6
Saturday, 4/25 10-4

We'll be open one weekend in May, and then we'll be off for several weeks to enjoy a new grandbaby along with our other grandkids and hopefully travel as well.
