Capay Gold Olive Oil Company specializes in Spanish Varietal Oil from the cultivars of Hojiblanca, Empeltre, Picudo, and Picual, most of which are not widely grown in the US. These are our Estate Bottled Certified Oils. In addition we also carry Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Arbequina, Frantoio, and Koroneiki. All grown in the local Capay Valley Growing region. We've now added wonderful Balsamic Vinegars using locally produced fruits and custom blended for our clientele.
