Peach Street Books Peach Street Books opened in 2018 and features new and gently used books. We serve ESCR coffee. Hours: Thursday-Sunday 9am-3pm

Peach Street Books is owned by Carol Sabo, DVM and Beth Ann Sabo, her sister. Carol is the owner of Machipongo Trading Company and a retired equine veterinarian. BA is a retired federal employee and has been training dogs since 2006 - since 2010 here on the Shore. We purchased the building in late 2015 and worked thoughtfully to meet historic renovation requirements and other criteria through the

town, the county, the state, and the federal government. Stellar local architect Leon Parham found a way to maintain the integrity of the original 1930's Pure Oil Station and capitalize on the late 1950's 3-bay garage. RBW Design, led by Robert Bridges - and kept on track by Kate Latham and the team - did the heavy lifting on the project. You can also check out their work on the renovation at MTC in Machipongo.
