🎣 Captain Jay’s Tackle Testing
Offshore Fishing Report 🎣

Location: Near Fantastical Reef
Depth: 80–120 ft
Water Temp: High 80s
Conditions: Calm seas, HOT temperatures 🔥

It felt great to finally get back offshore! The water was surprisingly calm, and the fish were ON FIRE! We fished anywhere from 80 to 120 feet of water near Fantastical Reef and put several fish in the boat, including grouper, American red snapper, and lane snapper.

For this trip, I was putting the Eagle Claw Lazer Sharp Grouper Rigs to the test again, and once again, they performed great. They handled the bite and got the job done!

The only thing that might have been biting harder than the fish was the Florida heat! 😂 We may or may not have gotten a little heat stroke out there, but honestly… it was worth every minute of it! 🥵😂🎣

Great fishing, great friends, and a great day back on the water. You really can't ask for much more than that.
