PSA:When you pre-order from someone it is that a pre-order. You know you are waiting. If a severe health scare comes up in a persons life your pre-order will most likely be delayed (FACTS). As business owners we should not bad mouth or hint to WHO the business and owner is without having all the (FACTS).

As a person living with multiple life threatening conditions I’d hope that better communication would be had and my professional peers would support me because I’d be fighting for my life and still trying to get your pre-order to you ASAP, even if that meant working on it in the hospital or hooked up to machines in my bed at home.
