Tarpon Point Marina is seeking reliable, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our team as Fuel and Dock Hand and Ship's Store Assistant. Successful candidates will be required to:
• Assist the Harbormaster and other Dock hands with all marina related duties which include securing boats to docks, connecting and monitoring utility services (electric & water), pump out service, and boat crew assistance, as willing.
• Assist all vessels at the fuel dock while utilizing safe fueling procedures and operating a Point-of-Sale station.
• Light Maintenance of marina owned equipment and dock maintenance.
• Cleaning of all marina docks and surrounding areas assigned. This includes trash removal, cleaning of docks, restrooms, walkways, and pressure washing.
• Employees inside the ship store will professionally greet customers, answer phones, make reservations, complete point of sale transactions, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean and presentable store.
• We are hospitality and customer service professionals; we strive to provide tenants and transient residents with a safe and enjoyable stay.
• Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour starting pay, $16.00 per hour after a 90-day probation period.

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Cape Coral/ FL 33914 and surrounding area. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
