You’d think we bought all these goodies for our customers, but apparently we’re just restocking Boaz’s bedroom! 🤣📚

The second a new shipment comes in, he’s ready to claim the box as his own. Forget the cat beds and toys… apparently, cardboard is the ultimate luxury. 😂🐾

Someone tell Boaz he’s the bookstore cat, not the shipping department supervisor! 📦👑

📚 We’re heading to our Readers Retreat! 📚

Amy & Kaelyn will be away for a few days enjoying our Be Still & Read On Christian Readers Retreat — but don’t worry… The Next Chapter will still be OPEN! 🤎

We have some wonderful people stepping in to keep the bookstore going while we’re away, and we would LOVE for you to stop in, say hello, meet them, and SHOP! 🛍️📖

As a small, locally owned bookstore, every purchase truly matters. We still have the same bills to pay even when we’re away, and having a good shopping week while we’re gone would mean more than you know.

So please don’t wait for us to get back! 😉
