Okay, this one is a little bit interesting …

A nice woman came in last week and asked if we had a copy of “”How Green Was My Valley” … an old school novel about South Wales written in 1939 …

I recalled the movie version, with that guy from Planet of the Apes, beat Citizen Kane and The Maltese Falcon, two ripping good yarns, for Best Picture in 1941.

I haven’t seen the book in the store in decades …

Today I am digging through a pile of books and, well you guessed it ..

I am casting this post into the wind, hopeful that she may see it, but if not, it will remain on the hold shelf, waiting patiently for that one person who wants to reopen that world community, faith and struggle …
