What killed BlackBerry?
Not Apple.
Not the iPhone.
It was the failure to challenge its own assumptions.
BlackBerry kept improving the physical keyboard. Apple asked, "What if there was no keyboard at all?"
Many companies don't fail because they stop innovating.
They fail because they keep improving the wrong thing.
Innovation isn't always about inventing something new. Sometimes it's about rethinking what everyone else takes for granted.
