A few new beauties from the studio this week ✨

Be it in the sewing class, or my private product sewing; I am always trying to use as much of my materials as possible while eliminating waste going to landfills.

This little collection is currently in the works using up all sorts of scrap leather I have from other projects. ‘Quilted’ together, these bits and pieces make up beautiful accents to mix and match as details onto bags and purses.

Your first chance to see them in person will be at Millbrae Art & Wine Festival over Labor Day weekend.

A mermaids favorite things are gifts from the sea… I bet she likes them a little bit more when you add fringe! (This mermaid sure does! 😉)

All earrings are made from the scraps of leather created while sewing up all the Sereia Design Collective bags & purses, plus a little bling from the ocean and local beaches with sea glass and abalone.

Do I want to keep the all, yes! ✨🧜‍♀️
Will I gladly share them with you this weekend at the SV Art Wine & Beer Festival , also yes!

Grateful to my garden for providing and early and abundant harvest this year of Calendula ✨

New packaging, same great oil for your skin and face. Super moisturizer, antibacterial, a little bit of sunscreen, and lots of goodness!

I make for myself, but always have extra to share 😉

The ocean has been my muse for as long as I can remember. Her sometimes gentle lapping at the shore, or the crashing of the waves when the swell hits. The creatures who call her home, the mystical mermaids swimming just out of sight. The salt water cures all things.
Happy World Ocean Day. Remember to do your part, big and small to help protect her as best as we can. The ocean gives us so much to be thankful for. 🌊

Here is a little sneak peek of my kelp inspired series that just got juried in for Open Studios 2026. I can hardly wait to share them with you!, but alas you will have to wait until October to see them (and a few more stunners) in person.

Sewing & Fiber Arts, and Summet Sewing Essentials camps are back with all new projects. Youth ages 9-14 are all welcome. Camps are Monday-Friday 9am-1pm
