This Memorial Day weekend, we pause to remember what this day is truly for: honoring the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

As a veteran-owned business, one thing we try to do each Memorial Day is remember them not as a category or number, but as people — with names, families, stories, and lives cut short.

This year, we spent time learning more about Sergeant First Class Ryan A. Gloyer, a Green Beret from Pennsylvania who served with the 10th Special Forces Group and gave his life in Afghanistan in 2016.

We encourage you to say his name, learn a little about his life, and maybe spend a few moments this weekend learning about another American who gave everything for our country.

We hope everyone has a meaningful, thankful, and enjoyable Memorial Day weekend.
