Ernie's Garden We are a community garden for all, founded in honor of our late neighbor, Ernie Egloff. You are invited to come share time "playing in the dirt among friends"!

A Community of friends, neighbors, strangers all working together to produce A healthy harvest of fresh, locally grown, veggis for their families. This garden was started in memory of Ernie Egloff. He was our neighbor, friend and adopted family. He and his wife Mary have been our family for 13 years. Ernie never met a stranger! Year after year Ernie had a beautiful garden, he was also very proud of his large thornless blackberry crops and was always eager to share his knowledge and his harvest. My family loved spending time with Ernie and still very much enjoy time spent with Mary! Ernie left us in January of 2011, after being in poor health for some time. I felt that Ernie would be honored best by continuing his garden. This also happens to be where his family has grown crops to sustain their family since the late 1800's.
