A new chapter of RefurbishMint is now becoming tangible.

RefurbishMint has always been interested in transformation: how people, environments, organizations, and ideas evolve through change without losing what gives them meaning.

The first public RefurbishMint Field Guide, What Can Hold the Light, brings that inquiry into a more personal and practical form.

Created for periods when change is becoming visible before the structure needed to sustain it is fully formed, the guide uses eclipse season as a reflective frame for timing and pattern, not as a predictive system.

Across five movements, PREPARE, REVEAL, PROTECT, BUILD, and COMMIT, it explores a central question:

What can hold what is being revealed?

The guide is free and ungated, designed to be read gradually and returned to during periods of change.

What Can Hold the Light is now available.

RefurbishMint is built around an enduring question: How do people and systems evolve through change without losing what gives them meaning?

The Field Guides are one way we bring that inquiry into practice.

What Can Hold the Light is the first public guide in this evolving body of work, created for periods when change is becoming visible before the structure needed to sustain it is fully formed.

Something wants to emerge. Something wants to be seen.

But emergence creates a second question:

What can hold what is being revealed?

Using eclipse season as a reflective frame for timing and pattern, rather than as a predictive system, the guide explores visibility, capacity, relationship, structure, and sustainable change. No knowledge of astrology is required.

Across five movements, PREPARE, REVEAL, PROTECT, BUILD, and COMMIT, it offers a way to move through periods of transition without treating every opening as an obligation or every moment of intensity as a command to act.

What Can Hold the Light is free and ungated, designed to be read gradually throughout the August 3–September 28 passage and returned to during periods of change.

RefurbishMint has evolved from its origins in interiors, curation, and design into a broader transformation practice and platform.

Today, the work brings together Transformation in Organizations and Transformation in Human Experience, connected by an enduring inquiry into how people, organizations, environments, and ideas evolve through change without losing what gives them meaning.
