Good morning fish friends! FV Lilah G dropped off some local mako shark yesterday. We just filleted it this morning, now in our fish case :)
A nice local treat indeed. Mako shark is the premium of all sharks in regards to flavor and texture on the grill. Different from our local catches. We hope you’ll give it a try this weekend. Local shark, El Habanero, and Lord of the Rings, on a sunny day in San Diego. Absolute simple stoke!! 🦈 🌊☀️🤙🏼
