Caverns Armory – Form 4 Update

Recent court rulings regarding SBR, SBS, suppressor and AOW transfers have not eliminated the Form 4 requirement for all dealers.

At this time, Caverns Armory is still required to complete the standard ATF transfer process, including submission and approval of a Form 4, before transferring a suppressor to a customer.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will adjust our transfer procedures if future court rulings or ATF guidance changes the requirements that apply to Caverns Armory.

For now, customers purchasing SBR, SBS, suppressors and AOW through Caverns Armory should expect the normal Form 4 process to remain in place.

We want to let our customers and supporters know that Caverns Armory is in the process of relocating our operations from Carlsbad, New Mexico to Kanab, Utah.

This decision was not made lightly. Ongoing changes in the political climate and continued legislative uncertainty in New Mexico have made it increasingly difficult to operate with the level of stability and confidence our customers deserve. Moving to Utah allows us to continue doing what we do best—building high-quality r***es—without that constant disruption.

For current customers: if you have not been contacted directly, there is no impact to your order. All existing builds will continue to move forward as planned.

At this time, we are temporarily pausing new orders until our Utah FFL is fully approved and in place. This is a short-term step to ensure everything is handled correctly during the transition.

We appreciate your continued support, patience, and trust in Caverns Armory. We’re looking forward to this next chapter and continuing to serve you from our new home in Kanab.
