Digging deep into my vintage stash I found some fabulous leathers and luxurious tapestry type fabrics...more than a few textured silks and hand dyed cottons. I followed the cut of the leather to create freeform shapes, and sewed tiny scraps of silks. These are trimmed with faux horn toggles, brass decor from vintage furniture, vintage abalone buttons...these make a subtle statement for every day. What do you want room for in your ideal purse?
