Mid Mod Mo/white pup vintage has a new booth in Grayville! Offerings could best be described as an eclectic collection of thoughtfully curated pieces!

It's busting at the seams. There is something for everyone! Old items, new items, wall decor, craft kits, paint by number kits, a little bit of everything is packed in the booth! More mid-century will be stocked soon!

I will have a new selection of chindi rugs and boho decor items in the booth Friday afternoon, July 7. We're located inside CC's Boutique downtown Grayville. There are so many cool vendor booths! Stop by soon! You won't be disappointed!

My Grandparents Cannon, Bud and Polly, are shown on the left of this photo! They're enjoying a meal with my grandma's brother, Paul, and his then wife, Gwen.

Interesting story about my Aunt Gwen. Our house is on Pontca Lake in Carmi. When Pontca Lake was created, Aunt Gwen was working at the Pontiac dealership in Carmi. The dealership was having a contest to name the newly-formed lake.

Aunt Gwen had an idea, for the name, but wasn't eligible for a prize because she was an employee of the dealership. She took the "Pont" from Pontiac and the "ca" from Carmi and put them together for Pontca. Several years ago, she sent my mom, LeLane Cannon Taylor information about the contest!

I find it ironic that we found our dream home on this lake!
