Today we announce the retirement of Bruce, who built the property from scratch with his bare hands in the mid 1980s. His wife and co owner will be in charge along with son David, as property manager going forward.

Our spaces don't come with "overhead" costs. There's no CAM fees, maintenance fees, contract fees. We don't have employees so there's no salaries to pay out.
Our spaces put YOU in the driver's seat. We think that most commercial properties make starting a business impossible for the average person, because the typical lease is $1800-$4000 per month. Who can start a shop from scratch and pay for that?
When you lease with us, it's just $1.00 per square foot. You get 900 square feet to make all your own.
