We ask to allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship, but we can typically get it out within 3! We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7. Place an order for $100 or more OR use code FREESHIP within 24 hours of your last purchase. *Shipping charges are subject to change at any time*
Return Policy:
All Items must be returned within 30 days after your order was delivered/received. If shipping back, it must be postdated on or before the 30th day. Items returned can be refunded to your original form of payment or if you choose to receive a store credit, we will add an extra $5 credit to your total amount (store credits are given in the form of a gift card, meaning you can use it online OR in-store). Items must have original tags (if tags are not present it will need original packaging) be unwashed and unworn. Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes Doorbusters/Hot Pink Deals, Grab Bags, Graphic Tees, Accessories, Sale items, and anything with a coupon code greater than 20% off. Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. Items that are returned to us after 30 days will not be accepted and your account will not be credited nor will it be shipped back to you. Your item will be forfeited and donated to a local shelter. To begin a return, answer the questions on the bottom of your packing slip included with your order so we can process your return correctly. Once you've completed the form, head to your preferred shipping carrier to purchase your return label, or if you're local, drop your package off at our warehouse to avoid shipping charges.
