I came home from Restore Homecoming completely re-energized and with one big goal for August...

To get this makeup on as many faces as I possibly can.

If you've been following me for a while, you know my heart has always been serving women. That hasn't changed—it just looks a little different today.

**This has never been about makeup for me. Makeup is simply the tool I get to use to connect with women, encourage them, and remind them of the beauty they already have.**

I've always believed that when a woman feels confident, she's more likely to show up as the wife, mom, friend, daughter, and leader God created her to be.

That's why I love these Beauty Lab Experiences so much. Yes, we play with makeup—but it's so much more than that. It's connection. It's encouragement. It's laughter around the table. It's women leaving feeling seen, beautiful, and confident.

The picture says:

Oof. That one stopped me in my tracks.

And before anyone misunderstands me... this isn't about shaming working moms.

I *was* one.

I spent years behind the salon chair, working long days, late evenings, and Saturdays because that's what I thought success looked like. I was providing for my family... but I was also missing pieces of it.

Then something shifted.

I realized I didn't want to spend the best years of my kids' lives waiting for two weeks of vacation or hoping for another tiny raise.

I wanted options.

So I took a chance on something I never thought I'd do... sharing products from my phone.

People love to joke about "those MLM girls."

I used to be skeptical too.

But the more I thought about it, the more I realized the biggest risk wasn't trying something new...

It was waking up one day wishing I'd chosen more time.

Because we don't get our babies back.

We get **18 summers** if we're lucky.

And somehow, I'm already down to **four**.

Four more summers of fishing trips, late-night ice cream runs, ball games, and ordinary moments that I'll someday wish I could relive.

That's why I do what I do.

Not because it's easy.
Not because it's perfect.

But because time has become more valuable to me than another 2% raise.
