Good morning,

The Northern Nevada IDPA match will be held this Sunday, June 14th. Registration is now open. Please sign up online at practiscore.com. The club name is Northern Nevada IDPA. We look forward to seeing you there!

This is a revolver friendly match. Arrays will be 6 rounds neutral. You can still shoot your semi auto if you dont have a revolver.

We need a replacement for Michele as the club treasurer.

The Main Gate opens at 7:00am. Please be registered no later than 8:15am. Walk-ins are welcome!! We will not accept competitors after 8:15am. Safety brief starts at 8:30am and the match will begin after the safety brief. Please come early and help set up. It would be greatly appreciated!!
The kiosk code for the match is 8533797. The code is only valid at the time of the match. This information is also noted in the "Range Info" document under the Match Documents section on the practiscore web site.

****NOTE****
It has been brought to my attention that some people can't find the match. Searching on NNIDPA or Northern Nevada IDPA is not returning any results. Practiscore is not searching based on the club name, it is searching based on the name of the match.

So, once you login into Practiscore:
click on the "Matches" tab on the top menu bar.
After verifying that you are a human, type NNASA in the Search box, then press the enter key.
Select the June 14 match to register.
I have attached a picture for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions or are still having problems finding the match.

Hi Everyone,

Here are the themes for the upcoming matches:
June 14th - revolver friendly stages. 4 stages and a skills stage
June 28th - Normal match; 4 stages and a skills stage
July 12th - .22 friendly match; 4 stages and a skills stage.
July 26th - 4 main stages and 4 unique skills stages.
August 9th - Normal match. 4 stages and a skills stage.
August 23rd - 4 stages with option to use 1 or 2 guns. There will also be a 2 gun action challenge side match following the main match.
Sept - annual night shoot - date is TBD. This will be held on a Saturday evening in lieu of Sunday morning. As always, you must have participated in 2 regular matches to be eligible to shoot the night match.
I'll send out more information for each match as the dates get closer. Dont hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

NNASA 1-Gun Action Challenge Side Match handgun only. The cost of the side match is $5.

A few updates from the board meeting in no specific order of priority.

The board has decided on the name for the club; Northern Nevada Action Shooters Association (NNASA). We wanted to stay away from anything that contained the word handgun, or something similar, because of the outlaw matches and the side matches that we hold. I appreciate the input from members who provided suggestions for the new club name!!!!
NNVASA.org has been acquired and we are working on building our website.
Over the next few months, we will be working on changing the club name with the State, the bank, Practiscore, etc.
The first draft of the new rule book is complete and it should be available for review within the next 2 months.
The board approved the purchase of two new timers. The club will sell a couple of the spare timers once I have the new ones in hand. Let me know if you're interested. I don't have a price yet, but it will be first come first serve.
The club is investigating the use of the prepay feature in Practiscore. You will have the option to prepay with a credit card when you register or pay with cash the day of the match. Unfortunately, Practiscore charges a transaction fee for the credit card, so the cost to prepay on practiscore will be a few dollars more to help cover that transaction fee. All this is still to be determined. There was no discussion of changing the "pay at the match" price.
Thanks to the non board members that showed up for the meeting!!!!
