Have you ever had days when you’re exhausted even though you haven’t actually done that much? Sometimes it isn’t about needing more rest—it’s about where your energy is quietly going.

Unprocessed emotions, draining relationships, chronic worry, physical tension, unfinished situations, weak boundaries, and constantly saying yes when your soul is saying no can slowly deplete us without us even realizing it.

Tonight we’re going to identify YOUR personal energy leaks—at work, at home, in your relationships, in your body, and within your own patterns—and learn practical ways to begin sealing them.

Sometimes exhaustion isn’t about needing more sleep—it’s about all the places your energy is quietly going.
