ND NFA UPDATE 10/20/2026: We have been talking to quite a few lawmakers in the state of North Dakota. We honestly were debating sharing this, but here is the latest email we received from the ND Attorney General's Office. This obviously is not the answer we wanted. While many lawmakers have been helpful and want to get North Dakota on the same level as the majority of states, as other states that have the same issue are being fixed, we are falling behind. Looks like we may have to wait until next legislative session to make North Dakota a "Free State". That being said, the NFA process is moving fast, we are getting approves in days to a couple of weeks. We have some great NFA items in stock in Carson and have thousands of NFA and sporting good items available that can be here in a few days or ship to you across the country at 701arms.com. We are your local North Dakota store that serves you even if you are not in North Dakota. For those of you purchasing NFA items, your local laws and what FFL's are doing in your region apply.

We just got in one R***r American Gen 2 Predator in 22 Creedmoor, and it’s still available!
These have been hard to get. We’ve been waiting on allocations since around SHOT Show, and it’s looking like this could be one of the last ones we see for a while.
If you’ve been waiting for one, now’s your chance. We only have one available, that is not spoken for, and it’s first come, first served!
Reach out before someone else snags it at 701arms.com
